- The training portal is a video based platform. The user must complete watching of required number of hours (50/25) of videos to be eligible for getting the online training completion certificate
- Completed status of videos can be seen in Reports > Course Completion Report. Once the required number of hours (50/25) of video watching certificate gets generated in the Certificates section
- Number of hours sepnt on each video can be seen in Reports > User Summary and the Total Number of Hours spent on the course can be seen in Reports > Course Completion
- Certificate will be generated and downloaded only after minimum 5 days of training
